Terms & Conditions

A "Verse" means text which is arranged in 4 short lines with at least 2 rhyming words.
A "Poem" can consist of any number of verses.

1. By using EasyPoems.co.uk ("the Website") you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms please do not access and/or use the Website.

2. EasyPoems retains the Copyright of all poems or verses at all times.

3. Purchased Poems may be used for private use only and may not be used for any commercial or public use without written consent from EasyPoems.

4. You agree that you will not (and will not encourage, assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of any material or content from EasyPoems.

5. No more than 10 copies of each Poem or Verse may be sent by the purchaser to colleagues, friends or acquaintances.

6. The purchaser must take reasonable steps to ensure that any person who they communicate the Poem or Verse to is aware of and adheres to these Terms and Conditions.

7. No Poem or Verse or part of the Website or any material appearing on the Website may be reproduced or stored in or transmitted to any other web site.

8. No material appearing on the Website may be disseminated in any form, either electronic or non-electronic, nor included in any retrieval system or service without the prior written permission of Easypoems.

9. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited.

10. EasyPoems may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms and Conditions.
